  • Probably, we are an out-of-network provider. As a courtesy to you we can submit a “pre-determination of benefits” to your insurance company to learn what “out-of-pocket” expense you may incur. Dental insurance is a wonderful benefit, but it is not designed to cover all expenses of dental health care. Dental insurance involves an agreement between you and your insurance company. We will help you in working with your insurance and filing for benefits; however, please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

  • No. In general, payment is due at the time of treatment, unless other arrangements are made. We strive to keep the cost of dental care reasonable, and you can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit.

  • For your convenience, we accept checks, cash, debit cards, HSA funds and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
